Step by step process
✔️ Suggest ‘AU Bank Saving Account app’ to everyone in your network (Friends/customers)
✔️ Click on the “share to customer” option and share the link with interested customers
✔️ Ask your customer to click on the link shared by you and choose ‘AU Bank Saving Account’ from the screen
✔️ Customer need to enter the name and mobile number other required details & click on ‘start now’
✔️ Customer will be redirected to AU bank website to register. First, enter the registered mobile number and verify with the OTP
✔️ Customer needs to enter PAN card number, then mark in the check box to accept T&C and click on ‘Proceed’
✔️ Now enter Aadhaar card number & accept T&C. Then submit OTP received on the registered mobile number & complete Aadhaar verification
✔️ Now the customer can see 3 options on screen 1. Complete application process 2. Video call 3. Schedule video call for later.
✔️ If a customer chooses to complete the application process then click on the first option & proceed
✔️ Now a customer can see the details which are fetched by the Aadhaar card now submit the additional details like email ID, Father’s & Mother’s details.
✔️ On the next step customer needs to add income details like occupation & annual income & proceed.
✔️ Now customer needs to choose the saving account type from the screen, the customer can choose AU Digital saving account. After that choose a branch by selecting state & city.
✔️ Now the customer can see the summary of their details, the customer needs to verify and confirm the details.
✔️ Then the customer can see video KYC options on the screen it can be done immediately or the customer can choose another option & schedule their KYC for later.
✔️ If customer prefers Video KYC then keep the documents handy. Allow location & camera for the device.
✔️ After that AU bank authorized person will call the customer & verify a few details with their original documents.
✔️ Once the customer will complete video KYC their AU Bank saving account will open after 2-3 hours.
Rules to Follow
✔️ Applicable only for new users (not an existing AU Bank customer).
✔️ The customer should be more than 25 years of age and a resident of India.
✔️ Online VKYC is mandatory to receive payout.
✔️ Completing Biometric/Physical verification through a Bank Agent will result in no payout.
✔️ Your customer should open a AU Bank Savings account through your tracking link.
✔️ If your customer are not able to finish the account opening process due to any reason, then you have to complete the process using the same link, or else the lead would be rejected.
✔️ Customer phone number must be linked with Aadhaar Card.
✔️ You will be eligible for additional payout only when your customer deposit a min. of Rs.5001 at the time of account opening.
✔️ It is mandatory for customers to keep their deposits amount for at least 3 days.
✔️ Video KYC is mandatory for account opening. Customer will have the option to do LIVE video KYC with bank executive to complete their KYC process. The timings for the same are 8am to 9pm on working days.
✔️ Customer must complete the application on their device. if more than one customer use the same device to apply, then no commission will be paid.
