Step by step process
✔️ Suggest the HSBC Cashback Credit Card to your network, highlighting its advantages.
✔️ Click on the product for detailed information and share its link with potential customers.
✔️ Instruct the customer to click on your shared link and enter their name & mobile number.
✔️ The link directs them to the HSBC official website.
✔️ Now ask the customer to start the application process.
✔️ Next page will ask for the basic details.
✔️ Ask them to enter their full name, mobile number, and email address.
✔️ Once filled, ask them to click on ‘Generate OTP.’
✔️ The customer will now receive the OTP on the registered mobile number.
✔️ Ask them to enter the OTP and confirm the same to proceed further.
✔️ Now, ask the customer to enter the PAN number and verify the same.
✔️ Next, the customer would be required to add their nationality, residential status, marital status, etc., and other such details.
✔️ Ask the customer to continue once all the details are filled.
✔️ The next page that will open is the employment details.
✔️ Here, ask your customer to fill in the employment status and continue.
✔️ The next details that should be filled in here are gross annual income, nature of organisation, designation, company name, company address, and others.
✔️ Ask the customer to continue once the details are filled in.
✔️ Now, all the details are filled in, so ask your customer to check the entire details once and click on continue.
✔️ Now, ask to accept the terms and conditions.
✔️ Once this is done, the customer will land on the additional details page.
✔️ Here the customer would be required to fill in the details like mother and father’s full names, preferred credit card usage type, reason for obtaining the card, name to be displayed on the card, associated bank name, branch location, account number, preference for electronic statements, and correspondence address and click on Continue to proceed.
✔️ Ask the customer to fill in the required fields: bank name, card number, expiry, transfer amount, and tenure, and click continue.
✔️ Now, ask if the customer also wants to apply for the add-on card.
✔️ If yes, then ask him to add details like the add-on applicant’s name, the cardholder’s mobile number, the relationship with the primary cardholder, and so on, and then click on continue.
✔️ Now, the customer must upload documents like 2 month’s salary slips/bank statements with salary credits.
✔️ Ask the customer to give the consent and continue.
✔️ It’s time to move ahead with the VKYC.
✔️ Either ask them to start VKYC immediately or set the time for a link to be shared over email.
✔️ The customer can expect an SMS/Email from hsbc@Signzy.com containing a link to begin your Video KYC process.
✔️ If the timing isn’t suitable, the customer can schedule the Video KYC session at a later, more convenient time.
✔️ An HSBC Bank representative will be available for the Video KYC session from Monday to Saturday, between 9 am to 8 p.m. Please note that bank holidays are excluded.
✔️ Once the HSBC credit card is issued, the HSBC team will contact your customer within the next 5 working days.

✔️ Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to own an HSBC Cashback Credit Card.
✔️ The minimum CIBIL score requirement is 750.
✔️ The customer should be an Indian resident to be eligible for this card.
✔️ Only the locations specified are eligible for the application.
✔️ The customer should complete the entire signup process to get the card.
✔️ Customers must meet the eligibility criteria.
✔️ To be eligible for payout, customers must activate the credit card.
✔️ Your customer should make their first transaction within 30 days of card activation.
✔️ Your customer has to apply for the credit card using your tracking link.
✔️ If a customer, who is also an employee of a financial institution, applies for a product from the same institution, they may not be eligible for the payout.
✔️ The customer’s mobile number should be linked with Aadhaar number.

2. Is the cashback amount added directly to my credit card account?
Yes, any cashback you earn will be credited directly to your credit card within 45 days of the respective card statement date.
3. Is there an annual fee for the HSBC Cashback Credit Card?
Yes, there’s an annual fee of ₹750. However, if you spend ₹1 lakh annually using this card, you can avail a ₹750 membership fee reversal.
