Step to step process
✔️ Suggest ‘Upwards Personal Loan’ to everyone in your network (Friends/customers)
✔️ Click on the “share to customer” option and share the link with interested customers
✔️ Ask your customer to click on the link shared by you and choose ‘Upwards’ from the screen
✔️ Customer need to enter the name and mobile number and click on ‘start journey now’
✔️ Customers will be redirected to the Upward website. Then choose a Gmail account and login
✔️ Customer need to fill in the details to complete KYC.
✔️ First enter a mobile number, then select a required loan amount, mention the purpose why you need a loan.
✔️ Enter PAN number, name & date of birth, select gender, and click on ‘Submit & Continue’.
✔️ Now add professional details like monthly income, employment type, company name etc.
✔️ Now submit current address details accurately and click on ‘Submit & Continue’
✔️ Now allow camera and media access from the device and upload selfie-and PAN card images.
✔️ Upload any one address proof like Aadhaar card, electricity bill, or voter ID, attach last month salary slip
✔️ Now enter Aadhaar card number, enter the captcha as shown in the box then enter mobile number and verify with the OTP
✔️ Now complete Bank Statement verification then enter the account number, account holder name, and IFSC code and click on ‘Submit & Continue’.
✔️ Now the customer will get a pop-up message on the screen saying the application is being processed.
✔️ After the verification, the customer will get a loan approval message on the screen including the approved amount and tenure.
✔️ Now complete the E-Sign process for
loan disbursal, enter mobile number, and verify with the OTP.✔️ Now give permission to access the location and proceed with e-NACH auto-debit setup process
✔️ Customers need to click on ‘Start’ for e-NACH registration. Select Bank name from the list and submit account details and pay Rs.1.00
✔️ After final verification approval the loan will be credited to the customer’s bank account. It may take 48 hours or sometimes 3 days.
Rules to Follow
✔️ Available to new customers only (should not have any existing relationship with users)
✔️ Your customer needs to get the Upward personal loan using his/her tracking link
✔️ If you are not able to complete the loan application process due to any reason, you must complete the process using the same link, else the demarcation will be cancelled.
✔️ The same mobile number will be used throughout the onboarding process
✔️ Customer’s mobile number should be linked with Aadhaar card.
✔️ Customer must complete the application on their device. if more than one customer use the same device to apply, then no commission will be paid.

Q2. To whom I should refer Upwards Personal loan?
Customer’s age should be between 21 to 55 and he/she should be a salaried person whose monthly salary should be a minimum of Rs.20,000.
Q3. Will I receive a payout if the customer already has a relationship with Upwards?
No, you will not be eligible to get the payout if the applicant has any existing relationship with Upwards.
Q4. How long does the application process take?
The application process is very easy and should not take more than 15-30 minutes of your time.
Q5. How long does Upwards take to disburse its personal loans?
Upwards takes up to 48 hours to approve/reject a personal loan application and additional 3-5 working days to disburse the loan amount
